What an amazing day this was – The Caswell House same sex Wedding of Johnross & David back in July last year, including my duck herding skills!
We were experiencing one of our “way to brief” mini summer heat waves on Johnross & David’s big day at Caswell, a stunning exclusive Cotswold Wedding Venue. As I arrived in the morning, the preparations for the day were in full swing. Johnross & David had put a huge amount of thought into the look of their day, I really couldn’t believe the work they had put in especially the Enormous had carved wooden seating plan! A labour of love I think for Johnross. Fabulous Flowers from Oxford created a unique look with a huge guest Wishing Tree, the centre piece in the entrance hall of Caswell House. The cake, well that was another extraordinary creation by London based cake designers, Choccywoccydoodah. A rousing gospel choir burst into song for the arrival of the couple and throughout the wedding ceremony with audience participation by the end! A relaxed afternoons drinks reception followed in the extensive grounds of Caswell House in the Cotswolds. I took Johnross & David away for a brief walk around the private grounds, where my magical duck herding skills, that I didn’t know I had, came out! Such a hilarious and never to be forgotten moment as I led the ducks and the boys across the bridge together! The garden games came out, more for the adults I think, especially after a few glasses of Champagne, the competitive energy takes over with an incredible desire to win! – absolutely loads of fun! A fantastic emotional day!
Here are a few documentary wedding photos from Johnross and David’s Caswell House same sex Wedding day:
Johnross & David chose a Caswell Green “Sage” leather covered Fine Art Wedding album to display their favourite images, these albums are very contemporary with a “tactile” feel and beautiful printed images.
