:: 2018 Wedding Photography Review ::
A tough task, which ALWAYS takes a long time! But such a pleasure to review each and every wonderful Wedding I have been privileged to shoot this year and A a look back at all the memories we have made.
I tried to restrict this to less than 100 images, but failed… (there are 120 in this blog gallery). Which makes me appreciate the effort it takes to exclude favourite images from each of the Wedding albums I have crafted this year. So I chose on moments I remember fondly, whist documenting the Wedding stories as they unfolded before me. I have also been lucky to work at so many fabulous venues this year. They work so hard to host all these amazing days each year. I loved each and every one of my regular visits to the brilliant Caswell House and my first visit to the stunning Tunnel’s Beaches in Devon – I just can’t get enough of Beach Weddings!! :-).
Thank you to every couple and their familes who trusted me to document their special day for them. Its been another non-stop, action packed and very enjoyable wedding season indeed! So I decided to take a little time off at the end of this year. Which was actually in planning for 2 years, due to the distant bookings we take as wedding photographers. To do a few more personal projects, including clocking up more cycling miles than I drove my car in a year! Which I rather like as a personal stat for 2018! As the year clock ticks over, I am really looking forward to getting back into the 2019 season & being part of so many special days of celebration again.
