Looking back to June last year and I had the great pleasure of covering Adam and Chris same sex marriage at the magnificent Hever Castle in Kent. I had met Adam & Chris previously the year before in Oxfordshire at a Caswell House Wedding I was covering. I arrived early to meet the grooms and their best men near the Castle. We had planed an hours walk around the lake at Hever Castle before their Wedding ceremony, which was late in the day, after the grounds had been closed to the public. This hour was very special to Adam & Chris, as they often take this walk at the weekends and it holds many memories for them. As the day had been structure so there was no gaps and had to fit into the late afternoon / evening time, it was a perfect idea to get relaxed, natural images of them both, before their I DO’s. The Wedding Ceremony was held in the stunning Castle Inner Hall, before moving into the Dinning Hall for a couple of speeches from above! A few quick small group shots outside the imposing frontage of Hever Castle, before Adam & Chris walked their guests to the nearby Moat Restaurant & straight into cake cut & first dance. The hog roast was served & the evening dancing continued well into the night.
What a fabulous day, here is a small snapshot of Adam & Chris Hever Castle Wedding Day.
