Heron’s Farm Wedding – Looking back to June last year I had my first visit to this great little venue. This is the story of Frances & Martin’s Wedding day at Herons Farm near Pangbourne in Berkshire. A fantastic secluded rural venue. It is a working farm and farmhouse, surrounding by fields used for grazing horses & ponies. This is a venue that you can personalise and certainly Martin Swedish heritage came through in all the decorations. Frances and Martins plans were for a very informal, relaxed, family & friends gathering. We had arranged that I would arrive early, to get shots of the them both before all their guests started arriving, so they could enjoy the full drinks reception. There is a beautiful walk just a short drive down the lane to a wide open valley that we spent a little time exploring, so that they could have some time by themselves before the Ceremony started. The ceremony and following Wedding breakfast takes place in the main barn which retains all it’s rustic historic charm, it’s just “beam heaven” and looked amazing! The drinks reception took place in the gardens attached to the farmhouse where you can also have your ceremony outdoors. My short day coverage ended after a few speeches (and toasts), before everybody tucked into the fabulous food & drink on offer. Here are a few Documentary Wedding Photography images telling the story of Frances & Martin’s Heron’s Farm Wedding Day:
What a fabulous day, congratulations again Frances & Martin…..
