A Caswell House Wedding – What a day – Marching ducks!! … and now they call me the “Duck Whisperer” …
As the next Caswell Open Day is fast approaching this weekend, I thought I”d create a quick Blog post from a wonderful Wedding this year.
It was a beautiful late April day this year (we almost had a mini heatwave) & I was back at my favourite and most photographed Wedding venue – the stunning Caswell House in Oxfordshire. Rachel and her bridesmaids spent the morning preparing for the day at the newly refurbished dressing rooms at Caswell House. The wedding ceremony took place at St Giles Church Standlake, a short drive away, where I met up with Matt & the boys greeting their guests. After the ceremony, guests were gathered, confetti handfuls taken and I can only describe the confetti tunnel as energetic! We departed the church ahead of guests. Arriving before everybody, I took the opportunity to grab a few quiet moments with Rachel & Matt walking with them in the beautiful Caswell Gardens. They entered back into the barn to be greeted by all their guests & got the party started. I get a little downtime whilst everybody eats the stunning food served by Indulgance Catering and I can usually be found wandering the grounds myself (looking for ducks! :). The evening got under way and we were treated to Rachel & her bridesmaid doing a Saxophone piece with the band, all too soon it was time to pack away my gear & head back to the office to back up the days capture….
Here are a few images describing Rachel & Matts Caswell House Wedding day…. enjoy…..
