Where does the time go? It seems only yesterday I was covering Becky & Jon’s Cripps Stone Barn Wedding in Gloucestershire, November last year! I love looking back at previous weddings, it brings all the memories flooding back! Covering so many wedding each year I have to move on to the next very quickly, so getting a chance to look back & create a blog is such a joy to relive the day again….. and….
What a glorious glorious day it was in rural Gloucestershire, just a short trip over the county border for me, where Cripps Stone Barn sits isolated in the beautiful rolling countryside. The Stone Barn has got to be one of my favourite rustic Wedding Barns, it just feels like it’s your own private bit of countryside. I met up with Becky at her parents home before moving a short distance to Cats Abbey near Sherbourne where most of the family had been staying to finish off the preparations. Jon & his best man were welcoming their guests to the Stone Barn when I arrived and the first thing you are greeted with is the most enormous indoor barbecue. Soon everybody was settled, Becky arrived wearing her Suzanne Neville Dress, before a fun Wedding ceremony began & straight into the party with the drinks reception held in the Dutch Barn area. Such beautiful day, we grabbed a few late afternoon sunset shots before the smell of the food got too much & the Wedding breakfast began. The evening got off to a rocking start with the Temple Funk band providing the music for some busting dance floor moves…. All to soon it was time to depart, what a fabulous enjoyable day I had, here is just a snapshot of images from Becky & Jon’s fabulous Cripps Stone Barn Wedding day….
