Time to publish another blog post about The Bay Tree Hotel Wedding Photography coverages I can offer – Rebecca & John were blessed with some beautiful weather for their lovely Wedding Day way back in September last year – perfect for their fabulous choice of a soft top Beauford Wedding Car for the day! My wedding photography coverage started in the morning with a few final preparation photos with Rebecca & her bridesmaids in Kennington near Oxford, before making my way into central oxford to St Peters College. After a few congestion problems around Oxford for Rebecca, the ceremony started in the Victorian Chapel of St Peters College, beautifully lit and surprisingly large on the inside. A short drinks reception was held in the quad garden outside the Chapel for guests to mingle & enjoy the late summer sunshine with Canapés & Champagne. During this time I arranged a few close family and college friend group shots, we also managed one or two bride & groom portraits around the College grounds as this is where Rebecca & John studied & met. Time flew by (as it always seems to on everybody’s wedding day), before it was time for all the guests to make their way to the beautiful The Bay Tree Hotel, in the heart of Burford – the gateway to the Cotswolds! One of my closest Wedding Venues to me The Bay Tree Hotel, I have had the privilege wedding photography many times at this stunning venue.
As I dashed off from the College, whilst the guests caught a bus to Oxford P&R, there was some time at The Bay Tree before everyone arrived, where I could take Rebecca & John for a wander round the beautiful gardens for a few shots. The Bay Tree Hotel gardens look magnificent throughout the year, croquet games were being played, the children playing hide & seek, a live band where playing the sun was shinning – just fabulous! It was just a short day’s coverage for me, soon time came around for the wedding to move inside & be seated for the Wedding Breakfast, what a beautiful day & wonderful couple, it was a pleasure to spend the day with you.
