Friday 10th August 2012:
A blistering hot & sunny Friday in early August (we didn’t get many of them this year!) as I re-visited the The Lambert Arms at Aston Rowant near Watlington in Oxfordshire for Stacey & Nick’s Wedding Day. The Lambert Arms, conveniently located just off the M40, is an original Coaching Inn, with great views of the near-by Chiltern Hills. The hotel certainly has plenty of space inside the hotel itself & also in the garden quad with some lovely leafy quiet lanes nearby. I also had the pleasure of being introduced to the beautiful “Wilson” of Pear Tree Weddings Classic VW hire, who was a very big part of Stacey & Nick’s Wedding day. Funnily enough, the last time I visited The Lambert Arms was for Helen & Allan’s Wedding who also had a VW Camper as part of their day… just makes me want one more & more…….. I reflected on how much of an enjoyable & relaxed day it had throughout as I departed with the sun setting & the dance floor heating up!
