Claire & Chris’s Wedding at Eynsham Hall

Sunday 29th July 2012:

It was a day of sunshine & heavy thunderstorms for Claire & Chris Wedding at the magnificent  Eynsham Hall, NorthLeigh in Oxfordshire. It was definitely a beautiful morning when I arrived at Eynsham Hall, which is so handy for me as it’s just round the corner. Claire & the bridesmaids were very relaxed & well into their preparations as I photographed all the details large & small. The weather didn’t last unfortunately as driving to the nearby St Mary’s Church in the village of North Leigh the heavens opened for the first time… We got lucky, as soon as the service was over & big black clouds looming there was enough time for a few family & confetti shots before heading back to Eynsham Hall, where you guessed it, down came the rain again! With champaign & canapés flowing so nobody really noticed, I did feel sorry for the chauffeur as he kept drying the car off in-between the showers. Before finally I could get a few shots with Claire & Chris with the car & also in the extensive grounds of Eynsham Hall. I did have camera envy I must admit when diana came out to play at the reception 🙂
