Saturday 9th April 2011:
Gloriously warm spring day and it was a real pleasure to be out and covering Allison & Denis fabulous Wedding at St. Edmund Hall in Central Oxford at the weekend. I had met up with Allison & Denis at the Oxford apartments they were renting, in St Thomas Street, near the Oxford train station. After all the preparation shots were done, it was only a short taxi ride to the beautiful setting of St Edmund Hall in Central Oxford, for their wedding ceremony in the small and intimate Old Dining Hall. The afternoon was wonderfully relaxed as all the guests enjoyed the warm spring sunshine with drinks relaxing in the gardens, whilst I took Allison & Denis for a short stroll around the street of Oxford. The speeches were held outside as the weather was so good before the evening ceilidh started the dancing well into the night. The vodka shots were an interesting addition to a Wedding celebration as Denis family are from Russia…
