Sunday 8th August:
Up early and out for my second all day Wedding of the Weekend, luckily I didn’t have to travel far, just down the road to my closest venue, Eynsham Hall, North Leigh, near Witney, Oxfordshire. I was there to cover the Wedding of Jenny and James and the format of the day was a little different…. I met up with Jenny and the bridesmaids getting ready before James arrived with the ushers. As a Chinese tradition the bridesmaids played tricks (or rather tortured James) before he handed money over to them and he was allowed to enter Eynsham Hall. This involved eating an onion, leg waxing and wearing a bikini amongst others…… The rooms were decorated by amazing floral arrangements and after a lovely ceremony and Wedding breakfast, there was Chinese “T” ceremony held with incredible Lion Dancers. It was certainly a really full on and fun packed day, many congratulations to Jenny & James again it was such fun covering your Wedding Day.

how fun! At least they let him wear the bikini over his clothes. ha ha The dancers looked fabulous. So glad they had you to document this special day.
They look fantastic Neil, Thank you so much. I’m really looking forward to seeing the rest of the wedding pictures you took.
Everyone complimented you, I’m so happy you did my wedding photography because otherwise, (and… I quote from the ‘Jamie’s serenade to Jenny’ which my bridesmaid wrote as part of the ‘torture’ games)…
“Without thou… it would have been like unsalted chips. Dry tortillas, without salsa dips” 🙂 hahaha
Thank you!
